DEMAND CONTROL VENTILATION

Demand control ventilation (DCV) is a system that ventilates a building automatically based on occupancy levels and moisture created. Ceiling units in wet rooms (Bathrooms, utility or kitchen) have integrated humidity or PIR sensors to extract stale air as it is being created while fresh air vents situated in external walls or windows detect occupancy levels and open/close on demand.
